Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, Wiseburn Unified School District will begin a phased transition to Standards-Based Grading, a more learner-centered approach designed to provide clearer feedback on student progress, growth, and grade-level proficiency.

Wiseburn Unified School District is proud to welcome Mr. Christopher Watson as the next principal of Del Aire Elementary School. Selected through a community-driven process shaped by input from families, staff, and teachers, Mr. Watson brings more than 20 years of experience in education and a deep commitment to visible leadership, transparent communication, student-centered learning, and strong school community.

Wiseburn Unified School District celebrated the grand opening of the new Wiseburn Sports Complex on Friday, April 24. Located at the corner of 135th Street and Aviation Boulevard, the state-of-the-art facility was funded by Measure EE and features field space designed for NFHS Softball, Little League, and NFHS Soccer, along with new parking, restrooms, storage facilities, and a warming kitchen. District leaders, board members, community partners, and elected officials joined hundreds of community members for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
